5. Additional Details:
The shares are held by Delek Investments and Properties Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Delek Group Ltd. The Delek Group became an Interested Party in the Bank due to the aggregate holdings of companies in the Delek Group, the Phoenix Group and the Excellence Group. The Bank did not receive full details regarding the date of acquisition of the shares and the price at which it was carried out and therefore, the date of the notification of the Interested Party is given as the date of the acquisition of the shares and the price was given as 0.
