The Phoenix Holdings Ltd. ("The Phoenix Holdings") is the sole shareholder in the Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. (100%) Company No. 520023185. The Phoenix Holdings became an Interested Party in the Bank due to the aggregate holdings of companies in the Delek Group, the Phoenix Group and the Excellence Group. The acquisition of the shares was carried out during the last ten days at various prices and therefore the price at this report was given as 0.
