Ball filing Form 8-K with the SEC

Further to the announcement of 19 February 2015 that Ball Corporation ("Ball") and Rexam PLC ("Rexam") had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended offer for Rexam ("the Offer"), Ball is filing a Form 8-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission containing selected unaudited financial information with respect to Rexam's Q3 2015.
