3i Group PLC15 June 2007 3i Group plc announces that the dividend on its cumulative preference shares ofone penny each (B Shares) in respect of the period 17 July 2006, the date ofissue, to 14 July 2007 shall be 4.7364 pence per B Share (such dividend beingcalculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association). As approved by the Board, the relevant record date for this B Share dividendshall be 6 July 2007 and the ex-dividend date shall be 4 July 2007. Payment isexpected to be made on 16 July 2007.
