Air Partner plc, the global aviation services group, announces that the Remuneration Committee of the Company has granted an award in the form of nil-cost share options ("Award") over a total of 177,273 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mark Briffa pursuant to the Company's 2012 LTIP. Full details of the Award will be disclosed in the Company's Annual Report for the Year Ending 31 January 2019.
