NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Grant of Awards under the Worldpay Group plc 2016 SAYE Option Scheme ("SAYE Scheme")"
The Company announces that on 29 September 2016 the Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities named below were granted options over Ordinary Shares of 3 pence each under the Worldpay Group plc 2016 SAYE Scheme, the terms of which were described in the Prospectus published by the Company on 13 October 2015 and approved at the time of the Company's Initial Public Offering on 16 October 2015.
The exercise price in respect of these options is £2.39, having been calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme.
