AWARD OF SHARE OPTIONS TO PDMR

Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") announces that on 7 September 2010, 251,196 share options were awarded under the Company's Performance Share Plan to Richard Powell, the Company's Planning Director, at an exercise price of 125.40p per share:

The options are subject to the performance conditions set out in the Company's prospectus dated 12 March 2010.
