Tullow Oil PLC13 March 2008 Tullow Oil plc 13 March 2008 Tullow Oil plc ('Tullow' or 'the Company') Awards of Shares under the Company's 2005 Deferred Share Bonus Plan Under annual bonus arrangements agreed in 2005, part of the annual performancerelated bonus of the executive directors of Tullow is satisfied by the award ofshares under the Tullow Oil 2005 Deferred Share Bonus Plan ('Plan'). The Companyannounces in respect of the 2007 annual bonus that, on 13 March 2008, each ofthe following executive directors were granted awards over the number ofordinary shares of 10p each set out below under the terms of the Plan.
