Award of Options

Landore Resources Limited (AIM: LND) announces that on 22 July 2022 the Company issued a total of 1,150,000 options over new ordinary shares (the "Options") to certain Directors and employees of the Company, equating to 1% of the current issued share capital. The Options have an exercise price of 25 pence, being a 38% premium to the closing market price on 21 July 2022 and can be exercised for a period of five years from the date of grant.
