Grants under the Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) ("the Company") announces that it has made certain grants under the NEOVIA Financial Plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). This notification is made in accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules.

On 18 May 2010, the Remuneration Committee determined to make a grant under the LTIP (the "Grant") and an award over 189,252 ordinary shares in the Company was made to Keith Butcher on 26 January 2011, under the rules of the LTIP (the "Awards"). The Grant was only made on 26 January 2011 as the Company has been in a close period since prior to 18 May 2010, the date on which the Grant was determined.

The Awards are structured as options with an option price per share equal to the nominal value of a share (currently 0.01 pence). No consideration was paid for the grant of the Awards. The Awards will become exercisable subject to the continued employment of the participant and the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. To the extent that all or any part of the Awards becomes exercisable, it remains exercisable until the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
