MobilityOne Limited10 September 2007 MobilityOne Limited ('MobilityOne' or 'the Company') Awarded a RM1.2 million grant under the MSC Malaysia R&D Grant Scheme ("MGS") MobilityOne Limited ("MobilityOne") is pleased to announce that its wholly-ownedsubsidiary, MobilityOne Sdn Bhd ("MobilityOne Malaysia") has been awarded aRM1.2 million (approximately £170,000) grant for its "MobilityOne CommercePlatform" from Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd ("MDeC") through theMGS and no repayment of the grant to MDeC is required. MGS is a form of financial incentive provided by MDeC for company with MSCMalaysia (formerly know as Multimedia Super Corridor) status to develop relevantmultimedia technologies and applications which would contribute to the overallMSC Malaysia development. The availability of the grant is in line with the corporate strategy ofMobilityOne Malaysia to allocate sufficient funds to continue the developmentand improvements of its proprietary technology platform.
