Award of former Continental flights

Journey Group Plc, a leading provider of in-flight products and catering services to the international airline and travel industries, is pleased to announce that, following the merger of United Airlines and Continental, Air Fayre CA Inc (the Company's 'US Division') has been awarded the former Continental Airlines traffic out of Los Angeles International Airport.

The US Division will provide in-flight catering services for these flights through its patented Air Fayre model out of its current Los Angeles facility. These additional flights, which are expected to commence in early November 2012, will bring the average number of United Airlines flights up to approaching 100 flights per day with 115 flights a day in high season and 90 flights a day in low season.

During 2011 the US Division served an average of 69 United Airlines flights per day.
