Award of a £1.5m contract to CAF

The Directors of the Group are delighted to announce that CAF has been awarded a contract worth c£1.5m to supply and install flooring to the second phase of a three-phase project for the wholesale refurbishment of a City HQ building. The work is due to begin in October and be completed by September 2018.

CAF has recently completed the flooring contract for the initial phase of the contract that had a value of c£1.2m and on which work began in late February 2017.This was announced in the Group's trading statement that was issued on 7 March 2017.

The overall three-phase, three year has a value of c£3.7 and the final phase is due to be announced in 2018.
