The Issuer hereby wishes to announce that pursuant to a redemption on 28 April 2017 the Notes have been redeemed and the Issuer requests the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) to remove and delist the Notes from the Main Securities Market of the ISE.

This is effective from 28 April 2017.
