Aviva PLC19 June 2007 News release 19 June 2007 DELTA LLOYD TO ACQUIRE CYRTE INVESTMENTS Aviva plc ("Aviva") announces that its Dutch business, Delta Lloyd Group ("DeltaLloyd") has agreed to acquire Cyrte Investments. Cyrte Investments had assets under management of €500 million at 31 December2006. The acquisition of Cyrte Investments will enable Delta Lloyd Asset Management todevelop new investment concepts, in line with its strategy of managingprofitable funds with a distinctive investment profile.
