aviance UK agreement with BA

Go-Ahead Group PLC10 May 2007 For release at 0700 am on 10 May 2007 The Go-Ahead Group plc ("Go-Ahead" or the "Group") aviance UK agreement with British Airways Further to the announcement on 5 March 2007, referring to talks with BritishAirways, Go-Ahead is pleased to announce that aviance UK, the Group's aviationservices business, has now agreed contractual terms with British Airways to takeover the airline's ground handling operations at Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgowand Manchester under a five year contract worth approximately £60 million.aviance UK will take over the operations on a phased basis, starting on 12 June2007 and will complete this process by 11 July. The relevant British Airwaysstaff will have the right to transfer to aviance UK under TUPE regulations. The division includes Meteor Parking which is the second largestparking company in the UK, managing over 58,000 parking spaces predominantly atBAA airports, with a range of customers, including BAA, local authorities,retail outlets, NHS trusts, hotels and rail stations.
