Availability of the Sustainability Report for 2018

OMV Petrom S.A. informs its shareholders that the Sustainability Report for 2018 - "Our energy for a sustainable future", is now available on the company's website www.omvpetrom.com, section Sustainability > Sustainability Reporting > 2018.

The report provides non-financial information about the company, based on the following focus areas: Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE), Carbon Efficiency, Business Principles & Social Responsibility, Innovation and Employees.

The report was developed in accordance with the GRI Standards, the Core option and the GRI G4 supplement specific to the oil and gas sector.
