Communiqué regarding the availability of the financial results as of September 30, 2016

OMV Petrom SA announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's consolidated results for January - September 2016, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, Investor Relations section, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (symbol SNP) and at the London Stock Exchange (symbol PETB), starting with November 9, 2016, 8:30 am (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on their website www.omv.com.

The consolidated financial statements are unaudited. They are also available at the Company headquarters, located in Bucharest, 22 Coralilor street, district 1, ("Petrom City").
