Availability of Report & Financial Statements and Notice of AGM
Further to the preliminary results announcement made on 27 June 2012, Water Intelligence announces that the annual report and financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2011 has been posted to shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website www.waterintelligence.co.uk.
In addition, the Company announces that its annual general meeting, notice of which accompanies the annual report and financial statements, will be held on 31 July 2012.
