11 July 2011 SureTrack Monitoring plc ("SureTrack" or "the Company") Availability of Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Further to the final results announcement made on 16 June 2011, Suretrack announces that the annual report and accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 January 2011 have been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the Company's website www.suretrackgroup.com.

In addition, the Company announces that its annual general meeting, notice of which accompanies the annual report and accounts, will be held on 29 July 2011.
