Availability of the financial results as of March 31, 2021
OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's consolidated unaudited results for January - March 2021 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, at Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol) and at London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols) starting with April 29, 2021, 8:00 am (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com .
The print version of the report can also be obtained from the Investor Relations Department, at the company's headquarters located in 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City").
