Availability of Notice of General Meeting

Red Emperor (ASX/AIM: RMP) announces, further to its announcement of 25 March 2021, that it has today published and submitted to the Australian Securities Exchange a formal Notice of General Meeting and associated documentation in connection with the Company's proposed acquisition of Great Northern Palladium Pty Ltd (the "Proposed Acquisition") and associated matters (the "GM Notice"). The GM Notice also includes an updated indicative timetable in respect of, inter alia, the Proposed Acquisition.

The General Meeting is to be held at 10.00 a.m. (Perth time) on Friday, 4 June 2021 at Level 1, 35 Richardson Street, West Perth WA 6005.
