Notice of Availability of Materials for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company) (TRCN), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, notifies that the materials for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") are now available at www.trcont.ru.

As announced on 17 September 2015, the EGM will be held at TransContainer's offices, located at 19 Oruzheyniy pereulok, Moscow, at 11.00 am (Moscow time) on 5 November 2015. Registration will start at 10.00 am (Moscow time).
