Availability of half-year 2019 results

OMV Petrom - Availability of financial results as of June 30, 2019

OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's unaudited consolidated results prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards for the period January-June 2019 will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, (section Investors > Publications > Quarterly results > 2019 > Q2), at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol), and at the London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols), starting July 31, 2019, 8:00 a.m. (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.

The unaudited separate financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards for the period January-June 2019 will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com (section Investors > Publications > Quarterly results > 2019 > Q2) and at the Bucharest Stock Exchange starting July 31, 2019.
