Availability of Annual Accounts

The Board of Ultima, the IT and Green Technology Company, is pleased to announce that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 are now available on the Company's website at www.ultima-networks.com. In accordance with the Company's articles of association a notification letter, notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and proxy form will be posted to all shareholders this week.

The AGM of the company is to be held at Akhter House, Perry Road, Harlow, Essex CM18 7PN on 25th June 2014 at 1.00pm.
