Availability of 2020 Sustainability Report

Societatea Nationala de Gaze Naturale "ROMGAZ" S.A. informs its shareholders and investors about the publication of the Sustainability Report for 2020.

The report was developed in accordance with the internationally recognized reporting standard Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and, at the same time, meets the legislative requirements provided in the Orders of the Minister of Public Finance no. 1938/2016, respectively no. 3456/2018 which provide that entities with an average number of more than 500 employees during the financial year should report information on the development, performance and position of the entity, as well as the impact of its business on environmental, social and personnel issues.

The report represents Romgaz Group's commitment to transparency towards all stakeholders, being an important step in the strategy for a sustainable future, a more responsible society and a developed community. The report provides details on the material non-financial information identified to understand the performance and impact of the Romgaz Group's activities on the economy, companies and the environment in 2020.
