Availability of 2017 Sustainability Report

Societatea Nationala de Gaze Naturale "ROMGAZ" S.A. informs its shareholders and investors about the publication of the first Sustainability Report for 2017, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the PFM Order no. 1938/2016 and PFM Order no. 2844/2016, which transpose the requirements of European Directive no. 95/2014 regarding the disclosure of non-financial information and those regarding diversity.

The Report shows for the first time the non-financial performance of the company related to sustainable development based on 2017 data and describes how social, economic and environmental protection topics are integrated into Romgaz activities.

The Report details the material topics identified by the first materiality study performed by the company and meets the requirements of the Core option. The structure of the report and the manner of approaching the topics comply with the principles and guidelines of the non-financial reporting standards of Global Reporting Initiative, issued in October 2016.
