Autofocus Update

Further to our last update in our Interim Management Statement on 30 April 2012, we are pleased to announce that the company was able to agree the form of a Court Order with RBSI, RSA (who joined the order) and the Liquidator of Autofocus allowing access to the information held by the Liquidator. The order was granted following a brief hearing at the High Court yesterday. This will enable the Group to determine what damages were suffered as a result of the unreliable evidence offered by Autofocus and to seek recovery of those losses from defendant insurers. Where possible, it is our intention to make good our losses through negotiated settlements.
