BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on optimizing employee/individuals' productivity advises that IP Australia has issued reports on Australian patent applications 2017200601 (Managing Activities Performed By Users) and 2017200602 (Verifying Time Based Services) in the name of BOS GLOBAL Corporate Services Pty Ltd where all claims are considered to be novel, inventive and to constitute patentable subject matter.

BOS GLOBAL's Patent Attorneys (FB Rice), has advised that once formalities are addressed, these patent applications should proceed to acceptance.

Both Patents support the commercialisation of BOS GLOBAL products (BOS Time and BOS360 Work Patterns Platform as a Service).

Managing Director Michael Travia said, "This is a material event for the company and its shareholders and will fast track these acceptances in both UK and USA ahead of the launch of BOS Time and the BOS360 Work Patterns Platform as a Service in May 2017."
