Sweett Group expands its Australian team with two key appointments

Sweett Group, the property and infrastructure consultancy, is strengthening its team in Australia through key appointments in both Melbourne and Brisbane. Mark Bray has been appointed Regional Director, Victoria and Andrew Lowther has been appointed Associate Director, Queensland.

A trained quantity surveyor, Mark joins Sweett Group from Davis Langdon, where he spent the past 15 years delivering projects in both the UK and Australia. In his role as Regional Director, Mark will have overall responsibility for operations in the Melbourne office. Mark will also be responsible for the Group's project management service offer, alongside Jim Harrington, who leads the cost management team, and Gary Pendlebury, who leads the property and development services team.

The Group is also investing in its Queensland presence, through the appointment of Andrew Lowther as Associate Director. Andrew has held previous roles with a range of construction consultancies and brings a wealth of experience in the commercial, rail and natural resources sectors. His expertise includes cost management, project management and advisory services. Andrew has already embedded himself in the Group's flagship 1 William Street project and will also be focusing on diversifying the Group's sector expertise across the region.
