The terms are listed below and the funding does not include any securities.

Legal Fees A$5,000 legal fees (Paid on repayment)

Repayment Date 31 December 2020

Interest rate 0% per annum

Security General Security Agreement by the Borrower in favour of the Lender, dated on or about 30 April 2019.
