Audit Committee Membership Change

British Land announces that Lord Turnbull, a Non-executive Director of the Company, stood down from the Company's Audit Committee on 11 April 2011. He remains Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee. Simon Borrows, a Non-executive Director of the Company, is appointed to the Audit Committee with effect from 12 April 2011.
