Ricardo PLC19 October 2006 Ricardo plc Audit Committee membership change Following the appointment in February 2006 of David Hall as a fourthnon-executive director of Ricardo plc and a member of its Audit Committee,Marcus Beresford, chairman of the Board of Directors, will now cease to be amember of the Company's Audit Committee.
