BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on improving productivity and creating operational efficiencies in the workplace, is pleased to announce that Managing Director, Michael Travia will be attending the UK Investor Show, which will take place on 1 April 2017 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster from 8:30am until 5:30pm GMT. The Company will be at stand 59.

During the event, Michael will be on hand to discuss the excellent progress BOS GLOBAL has made regarding the commercial launch and roll-out of its patented portfolio of software products, which are focussed on focussed on enhancing workplace productivity by delivering informative analytics. Having recently launched two software products, BOS Meet and BOS Automate, in December 2016 and January 2017 respectively, the Company has already made significant progress in terms of driving sales, with over 200 seats subscribed for in Australia and the UK to date. Crucially, BOS GLOBAL's sales drive continues to progress positively and its pipeline is expected to be broadened in the near term through the upcoming launch of its all-inclusive BOS360 package and new software product BOS Time in May 2017. In addition to this, the Company has recently secured a conditional agreement to acquire a 40% interest in Call Design Pty Ltd, a profitable, Australian based, global provider of workforce optimisation tools, focused particularly on call centre services, which has an established blue chip client base.

This highly synergistic investment will provide multiple cross-selling opportunities to both companies in line with BOS GLOBAL's strategy to deliver a comprehensive business optimisation offering globally.
