Atlas Mara Name Change

Atlas Mara Co-Nvest Limited ("Atlas Mara" or the "Company") announces that it has changed its name to Atlas Mara Limited, effective from 26 January 2015.

The Company's ticker symbol "ATMA" remains unchanged (LSE: ATMA).
