ASX voluntary suspension

Further to the announcements on 27 April 2017 by Salt Lake Potash Limited ("Salt Lake" or "Company") that trading in the shares of the Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX"), and of the successful placing to investors in the UK, the trading in shares has now been temporarily suspended on ASX at the request of the Company pending an announcement regarding a potential further capital raising to investors in Australia.

The suspension will remain until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above or the opening of trade on ASX on 2 May 2017. Any capital raising will be at a price of A$0.43 per share as stated in the Proposed Placing announcement of 27 April 2017.

Trading in the Company's ordinary securities will continue on AIM during this period.
