CELSIUS RESOURCES LIMITED ("Celsius" or the "Company")

ASX TRADING HALT

The Directors of Celsius Resources Limited advise that trading in the ordinary shares of the Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") effective from today further to the Company's request in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.1.

Trading of the Company's shares on AIM remains unaffected.

1 The Company requested a trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to the required proof of financial capability condition of the Mineral Production Sharing Agreement ("MPSA") for the Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog copper-gold project ("MCB Project").

2 The Company requested that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement, or the commencement of trading on or before Wednesday, 9 April 2025.

3 The Company expects that the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement on the required proof of financial capability condition of the MPSA for the MCB Project.
