Thor Mining PLC28 September 2006 THOR MINING PLC THE ASX LISTING AND DIRECTORS HOLDINGS Dated: 28 September 2006 The Director's of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company"), the specialistmetals company currently focussed on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and uraniumprojects in the Northern Territory of Australia, is pleased to announce that theNew Shares and Warrants were listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (the "ASX")on 27 September 2006. Following admission to AIM and the dual listing on the ASX the Directors haveincreased their Ordinary Share and Warrant holdings in the Company through theirparticipation in the recent successful AUD$10.0 million initial public offeringon the ASX of 50,000,000 New Shares at AUD 20 cents.
