("Bank") informs, thatNational Depository for Securities ("KDPW") decided to assimilate on 11th and12th January, 2007 adequately: 1) the 3,700 (three thousand seven hundred) Series F Ordinary Bearer Shares of Bank, 2) the 11,382 (eleven thousand three hundred eighty two) Series F Ordinary Bearer Shares of Bank, marked under the code "PLPEKAO00271" with 166,883,817 (one hundred sixty sixmillion eight hundred eighty three thousand eight hundred seventeen) shares ofBank marked by code "PLPEKAO00016" (Resolution of KDPW No 28/07 dated 10thJanuary, 2007 and No 37/07 dated 11th January, 2007). The shares subject to the assimilation will be coded "PLPEKAO00016". Management of KDPW states that shares is marked by code "PLPEKAO00016": 1) as of 11th January, 2007 the 166,887,517 (one hundred sixty six million eight hundred eighty seven thousand five hundred seventeen), 2) as of 12th January, 2007 the 166,898,899 (one hundred sixty six million eight hundred ninety eight thousand eight hundred ninety nine).
