("Bank") informs, thatNational Depository for Securities ("KDPW") decided to assimilate on 9th and10th January, 2007 adequately: 1) the 43,051 (forty three thousand fifty one) Series F Ordinary Bearer Shares of Bank, 2) the 32,509 (thirty two thousand five hundred nine) Series F Ordinary Bearer Shares of Bank, marked under the code "PLPEKAO00271" with 166,808,257 (one hundred sixty sixmillion eight hundred eight thousand two hundred fifty seven) shares of Bankmarked by code "PLPEKAO00016" (Resolution of KDPW No 14/07 dated 8th January,2007 and No 22/07 dated 9th January, 2007). The shares subject to the assimilation will be coded "PLPEKAO00016". Management of KDPW states that as of 10th January, 2007 the 166.883.817 (onehundred sixty six million eight hundred eighty three thousand eight hundredseventeen) shares is marked by code "PLPEKAO00016".
