26.10.2014 - Report 22/2014: Information on the results of Asset Quality Review (AQR) and Stress Tests conducted by Polish Financial Authority (KNF)
The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. hereby informs about the results of asset quality review (AQR) and stress tests conducted by Polish Financial Authority according to European Central Bank methodology.
Pekao Group's exceptional capital position and strong resilience have been confirmed throughout the whole period of the tests.
Even in the adverse scenario in 2016 the Group CET1 ratio, combined with the effects of asset quality review, reached 18.07%, starting from the level of 17.96% in 2014. Pekao CET1 ratio is the highest among the Banks covered by the comprehensive assessment. Moreover the Pekao remains profitable and assumes dividend distribution during the whole period of review, also in the adverse scenario.
