Articles of Association
Melrose Resources plc (LSE: MRS), has given notice to shareholders of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 12 June 2008 at which a resolution will be proposed to adopt new Articles of Association. The full terms of that resolution are set out in the Notice of AGM ("the Notice") and an explanation of the effect of the proposed changes to the Articles of Association is set out in the Appendix to the explanatory letter from the Chairman contained in the Notice.
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2 a draft of the proposed new Articles of Association has been supplied to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
