Arthur River Mining Lease Objection Withdrawn
Beacon Hill Resources plc (AIM:BHR), the AIM listed resource company, is pleased to provide an update with regard to the development of its Arthur River magnesite project in north-west Tasmania, which has a current JORC-compliant measured and inferred resource of 39 million tonnes of magnesite.
Further to the announcement by the Group on 18 March 2010, Beacon Hill is pleased to announce that it has received notification that the objection to its Mining Lease Application has been withdrawn.
Justin Lewis, Executive Chairman said, "The Board is delighted that the process before the Mining Tribunal is now at an end and the Group's application can now progress through the remainder of the application process. We do not expect any other hurdles and look forward to being granted a Mining Lease."
