Subsidiary ARTEAR sells participation in Ideas del Sur S.A.

On 19 November 2013, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, in connection with the note filed on 14 November 2013, that its subsidiary Arte Radiotelevisivo Argentino S.A. had effectively transferred all of its participation in IDEAS DEL SUR S.A., representative of 30% of that company's capital stock, to South Media Investments S.A.
