Reference is made to a press release from Arion Bank, published 10 March 2026 regarding pause of the Bank´s share buyback program. At the bank's Annual General Meeting on 11 March 2026, a proposal to renew the Bank's authorization to purchase its own shares and SDRs was approved, and Arion Bank has decided to resume share buybacks on the basis of the existing share buyback programme, cf. the announcement dated 14 January 2026 regarding the launch of a share buyback program.
