Argentine Government Issues Decree

On 4 January 2016, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that, as is publicly known, on 4 January 2016 the Argentine Government published Decree No. 267/2015, which amends Audiovisual Communication Services Law No. 26,522 and Digital Argentina Law No. 27,078.

The Company is assessing the effects and scope of the Decree and will keep investors informed of any relevant facts in connection thereto.
