Duet Real Estate Finance Limited (LSE: DREF) announces that it was advised today, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, that on 18 April 2013 David Moore, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 17,978 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 89p per Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Moore's holding in the Company is 17,978 Shares representing 0.02% of the Company's total voting rights. The Company's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 75,000,109.
