Petroceltic International PLC21 June 2007 Petroceltic International plc Appointment of Andrew Bostock as Non-Executive Director Petroceltic International plc ("Petroceltic" or "the Company"), the upstream oiland gas exploration and production company with headquarters in Dublin, Ireland,listed on the AIM and IEX Markets, and with an operational focus on North Africaand the Mediterranean, is pleased to announce that Mr Andrew Bostock has beenappointed as a non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect. Mr Bostock (age 44) is a Petroleum Engineer with twenty one years ofoperational, technical and commercial experience in upstream oil and gas,latterly as the Technical Director of Dana Petroleum plc, a position he helduntil June 2006. After beginning his career with Shell International, heprogressed through increasingly senior technical and commercial roles in anumber of independent oil and gas companies, including Enterprise Oil, TalismanEnergy and Venture Production before being appointed to the Board of Dana in2001. He is currently Chief Executive of Westvale Energy Limited, a privatelyowned renewable energy company. Commenting on the appointment, Brian O'Cathain, Executive Chairman, said: "Weare delighted to welcome Andrew to the Board. Andrew's wide commercial andtechnical experience will bring an increased depth of understanding ofinternational oil and gas exploration and production to the Board.
