Global Energy Development PLC (AIM: GED), the Latin America focused petroleum exploration and production company, is pleased to announce that Buchanan Communications has been appointed to act as Financial PR consultancy.

Also, on 12 April 2011, Global entered into an agreement to change its registered office from 26 Dover Street, London, W1S 4LY to 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ and is currently in the process of updating its public records.
