Appointment of administrators
Further to the announcement on 20 November 2008, the Company announces that James Stephen and David Hill of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators to the Company with effect from 25 November 2008.
The Company also announces that it has today been notified by Arbuthnot Securities Limited of its resignation as nominated adviser and broker to the Company, with immediate effect. In the event that a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by the Company by 7.00 a.m. on Monday 29 December 2008, the listing of the Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled at that time.
